When arrived, there were no hair dryer, slippers advertise on the website. Had to go downstairs to the reception to ask for it! This is a 3 star hotel.. On a positive note, Loads of towels for the stay! Stayed in twin double room. Basic. Each single bed had 2 pillows, which is nice! Girls at reception are polite. They have cooler in the corridor with 2 taps: cold and hot. How good is that I don't know. Personally, I would prefer kettle in the room instead. Cheap restaurant downstairs for lunch. Soup was good!

Clean, cozy and warm room, it was freezing outside, the rooms are great. Of course, the shower is small, but for that kind of money, it's quite acceptable. I especially always like the breakfasts, I lived there for a week and every day there were new interesting and tasty dishes. I liked everything, but once the jam and sliced ​​sausage were not very good, but this is the first time in several years, I have been using the services of this hotel for a long time and always stay here in Minsk. It is very convenient that there are single rooms. Very friendly and caring staff, very clean, which is the most important thing! There are shops near the hotel, 8-10 minutes by taxi to the city center.
