We had an absolutely amazing three night stay here, it was the perfect luxury spot to stay after having hiked the Inka Trail and to celebrate our engagement. Everyone of the hotel's staff was top notch and made our stay one we will never forget, they tended to every request we had in a professional and efficient manner. They were extremely helpful with making recommendations for the area and arranging new itineraries when our plans had to shift. The food and drinks were terrific, and the spa offered just what we needed after the long hike. The property itself is in a prime location along the coastline with super-walkable areas on all sides, and the view from the rooftop pool is beautiful. Nothing but positives things to say about every aspect of our stay, the front desk supervisor Giovanni was phenomenal and genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. We hope to return next time we are in Peru!

Describing as a Junior Suite is a complete joke. Being a basic hotel room with two lounge chairs. At USD 750 a night can do way better at many Miraflores hotels like Marriott with a full suite with separated living area for that sort of money. We will abandon Belmond as a result.

Wonderful small hotel in a great area. Everyone was a true professional, friendly and made you feel special. Transportation always available Food was excellent. And one of the best bartenders I have met Absolutely would stay there when I visit again

Beautifully situated on the bluff in Miraflores, this ocean view property offers a more private experience away from central downtown yet has easy access to walking along the boulevard and the beach. From personal check ins, service and staff were welcoming, accommodations spacious and comfortable but the highlight for us was the daily pisco sour tasting. It's a hands-on experience exploring the history and backdrop of this unique cocktail. Our adult children each participated in the active (I won't spoil it for others) portion of this event. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights at this high rise hotel perched on the cliff overlooking the ocean in the glamorous Mikaflores district of Lima. Our room on the 4th was large and featured older more traditional furnishings so it felt a bit conservative. Half of our floor was partitioned off so I wonder if some updates are underway. There was usb-c and usb-a ports next to the bed and WiFi had good coverage. The bed was nice and despite having a large pillow menu, I never did find the perfect one, sadly. AC was quiet and effective. The staff was fantastic and VERY service-minded (5-star) and the breakfast buffet (also 5-star) was massive and sensational with dozens of tantalizing selections plus a hot food menu. The must have a couple of pastry chefs on staff because the pastry and bread (which were totally different the 2nd morning) looked like something out of a Parisian patisserie. There were also many local foods and exotic fruits in addition to the usual cheese, fruit, and meats. A nice hotel.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at the Miraflores Hotel and truly cannot recommend it highly enough. Our suite was modern, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. Every morning began with an exceptional breakfast—high quality, beautifully presented, and with a wide range of delicious options. The bar and lobby are both gorgeous spaces, perfect for relaxing with expertly crafted cocktails accompanied by live music. The pisco sour here might just be the best in Peru—though the Monasterio bar (also a Belmond hotel) gives it strong competition. The main restaurant, Tragaluz, is a standout. The decor and ambiance are elegant and inviting, the food is simply outstanding, and the wine selection is top-notch. From check-in to dining and everything in between, the service was flawless. A truly memorable stay from start to finish.

My girlfriend and I decided to spend our last hours at the Zest Spa before leaving Lima. The view from the outdoor pool was amazing, the massage was awesome, and the hospitality was fantastic. Luciana always took great care of us. A great place to recommend!
