Innside Lima Miraflores

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

I wanted to take a moment to share my outstanding experience at the Innside by Melia hotel, which I would rate a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, and the variety of high-quality food options is impressive, with everything always served fresh. However, what truly made my stay remarkable was the exceptional staff. Cintia provided excellent room service throughout the week, always with a big smile, while Angelo at the bar crafted the best drinks and offered great recommendations for exploring the city. I also want to highlight Stefanny at the front desk, who was attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking the best experience in the city.

It was a nice stay even if it was a short one. Will definitely consider for my next visit.

Excellent hotel in Miraflores. Walking distance to several parks and the ocean. Service and staff where very nice.

Great spot in Miraflores Really nice, modern hotel with a good breakfast and comfortable rooms. It was a little difficult getting in touch with the hotel via email to arrange a transfer but that was sorted out fairly quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
