Good location with reasonable price.

A good place to stay with a reasonable cost. Don't expect too much from a 3 stars hotel.

There was no remote control for the air conditioner in my room, so I told the front desk and they gave me one. I tried to turn the air conditioner on with the remote, but it wouldn't turn on. I told the front desk about this and went to the room with the staff to try and operate the remote. Since the air conditioner didn't work, the staff told me to wait as a repairman would be coming in an hour and a half, and then that someone else would be coming so I should wait a while. I waited for a while, but nothing was resolved, so I asked several times to change rooms, and finally they allowed me to do so.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the beach. This is an affluent area, relatively safe, with many restaurants, and you won't have to worry about safety going out at night. The hotel facilities are somewhat old, but relatively clean. The downsides are that the air conditioning doesn't heat properly and the hot water isn't hot enough. If you're visiting Peru in winter, try to avoid this hotel. The front desk service is very good.

The building is old, but it is kept clean. They even provided hot water and tea bags when I asked, which was very kind. Thanks to them, I was able to stay comfortably.
