Good location, decent pricing, older hotel that still has some years left. Unfortunately staff cannot get out of their own way, lack of training, no common sense when it comes to dealing with issues. We had 2 separate reservations due to a flight change, asked if we could stay in the same room for both reservations, assured we could. Last day came back early from a tour and found our room still not cleaned, they were waiting for us to check out and then check back in due to a 7 dollar price difference! New room AC not working, stay somewhere else!

Great hotel stay and Lima and nice little Pool for the kids

Great suite, loved the sauna and jacuzzi.

The hotel is rated at 3 stars. The breakfast is very basic. But the noise level is incredible; we could hear my dad arguing in the next room all night long; the soundproofing is very poor.

A pleasant hotel in Miraflores. Good service, very friendly staff, and a complimentary welcome cocktail. The downsides include rather weak hot water pressure, inconveniently located electrical outlets, and a rather uninspiring breakfast. It's a 3-star standard.

There was a little traffic jam at the hotel entrance. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view. The breakfast had a lot of choices and tasted good.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Lima. I value the good location of the hotel and the slightly safer area. But I probably won't stay at this hotel next time. The smell in the room is too strong. If you are on a low floor, there is a building opposite, so I don't dare to open the curtains, it's quite uncomfortable 😣

It could be better if they had allowed us to have dinner in the Restaurant ordering from the menu plus the food we had brought from outside. They didn't allow it and we had to go to the 6th floor. After the buffet breakfast everything was fine.

It is close to the beach, and the buffet breakfast restaurant on the top floor overlooks the coastline. The scenery is a prominent advantage.

The location is convenient and the environment is good. It is worth recommending
