I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests hassle-free. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic experience I would recommend!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and booked with trip.com. I like the location for late night flight stay because the nasi lemak stall is open 24hrs, just beside the hotel.

Firstly, I had a quality stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the check in was quick and fast. The room looks modern. The bed is comfortable. The amenities and facilities were top notch. Parking is limited. All in all, I highly recommend this property. In a nutshell, I will definitely stay again.

WiFi is not strong and unable to connect. Lots of ants on bed, table and in toilet. But staff was friendly!

GOOD SERVICE ,ONLY A LITTLE BIG PROBLEM , MAYBE CAUSE OF PUBLIC HOLIDAY SO NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO CLEAN THE ROOM . WE WASTE TOO MUCH TIME FOR WAITING AT LOBBY.

This hotel looks amazing on the outside but it is basic hotel with reasonable price. My low rating is due to poor cleanliness during room service. Used amenities wasnt replaced and found small cockroach inside my room. Poor internet coverage at level 7. While tv is smart tv, i cannot access netflix or youtube. Only basic channels are provided. Also, i reported remote tv wasnt functioning on my first night but it wasnt been repaired/checked until my checkout date albeit i reminded them again next day. Overall quite disappointed stay, just location is superb.

Nice hotel to stay. Very comfortable and silent. The aircond is cold and the internet is fast. Will be here again next visit.
