Friendly staff , located in prime location , free parking , room is big and comfortable

The room is spacious with a view. The hot water shower is mainly warm water though. It's nice and I like it.

The exterior of the service apartment looks nice but the interior requires further upgrading. The toilet especially seems run down. The sofa is dirty and smelly and my body itched when I sat on it. There were 5 pillows only for the 3 of us The aircon in one of the rooms was not cold and I reported it to the front desk staff for someone to service it. Unfortunately, it was still the same and so we had to bear with it for our 3 night stay. Not sure if anything was done about it.

Room was spacious , and the layout is different than typical hotel which was good for me. For the price, its really above my expectation.

The best hotel in Miri is confidently situated in a prime location.

Two rooms apartment. Big apartments/rooms. Breakfast was great. Clean n comfy.

Excellent value for money for a hotel in an excellent location. Hotel is located in town, connected to 2 shopping malls and within walking distance of many good local eateries. Spacious apartments are dated but perfectly livable. Hotel rooms have been refurbished and quite nice.

There’s old and new wing to the hotel. The new wing reception is nearer to Starbucks which is in a mall. I stayed at the old wing and I think it’s more convenient. Good experience and will repeat.

So far so good as managed got free upgraded to suite room. Location wise is vy strategic with linked to shopping mall.

Stayed in 2-bedroom apartment, need to top up the amenities

Satisfactory rooms, it is old and needs renovation.
