The location is good, just beside mcd. the room is okay, clean but the corridor is a bit gloomy with unequal carpets. breakfast is very simple just okay.

They did not refill my shower wash eventhough i already use half of it, breakfast has good choice for the price of the room, i love the laksa there.the room price is affordable. Might consider to come again next time.

Location is very good. Beautiful scenery from the apartment. Very strange and rigid rules. I knew 1 person from apartment was entitled to have free breakfast a day. I was given 3 breakfast coupons for 3 day stay but when I tried to have 3 persons from my family to have breakfast together for the same day, the receptionist bluntly refused. The conditions of each apartment we stayed was different. My sister had a 3 bed room unit with full utilities including dinning table and yet there was no wash basin for cups and plates. The bathroom sinks were leaking.

Arrived around mid-night, the room was ready. Easy to check in without hassled. Lift need access card to go up or down, even to lobby. The carpet along the corridor were cleaned but torn. The room with queen bed type, clean with nice scent. Not able to watch TV due to Internet connection. Breakfast was decent with limited local choices of cuisine. Parking lots at basement are available to hotel guest but closed during midnight. Overall experience, good stay with rate being paid.

The location is convenient for getting around. Service is average, with no special treatment even for guests staying multiple days. When I requested to change rooms, it was rejected as I was extending my stay day by day, and the front desk said I could only change if I switched room type. They told me I could ask the cleaner to come, but they mainly collect rubbish, and the floor after mopping was even worse than before. Amenities are acceptable. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day — only one main dish changes. After a few days, I honestly got tired of it. I also didn’t like that someone entered my room without permission, even though I clearly told the front desk not to allow it.

The location is convenient for getting around. Service is average, with no special treatment even for guests staying multiple days. Cleanliness needs improvement — I left something behind during my previous stay, and when I checked back into the same room two days later, it was still in the sofa. It was a small bread tag, but the fact that it remained there suggests the cleaning process isn’t very thorough, especially for areas like the sofa. The floor was sticky at first but improved after I checked in again. Amenities are acceptable. Breakfast is basic and only includes one free meal per room; additional guests need to pay. The food everyday are same, only one main dish will change. I also didn’t like that someone entered my room without permission, even though I clearly told the front desk not to allow it.

The location is good. When I book this hotel, it mentioned this hotel provide breakfast for 2 person per day. But during the time I check in, the front desk mentioned will only provided for 1 person per day.

Staying for 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Everything is good especially the room due to the deluxe room being full & upgraded to a premier room 😍😊 But the bad thing is, the receptionist is kinda gloomy & unwilling to solve the problem. On the first night staying, i still didn't sleep & forgot to lock the door. Luckily the door guard is intact, and i heard someone trying to open the door. The next morning, I requested to see CCTV footage to know who the one opening our door room was. But the receptionist said, "oh we wrongly gave the room key last night to the guest".. that's not the answer to what we want.. that means the hotel is not secure at all for a guest to stay. On the 2nd day, i already set the button for the make up room, but no housekeeping doing make up room after back from Bazaar Gawai late night.. and i ask the receptionist and they answer "Oh, we fully book & need to clean the room ASAP & didn't do make up room" 😅 is that an excuse not to do make up room?? All the time I'm going to the receptionist, the same receptionist is not smiling at all 😅😅 For the facility, everything is good but no phone in the room 🤣 so it's hard to reach reception or housekeeping.

Hotel not really clean. Location wise, hard to walk to places nearby. Gym stuff all not working, just forget about the gym if you stay here…….
