My friend and I came and stayed here. We got a room with 2 single beds. We were very happy with the room size. The room had a refridgerator, tv, hot water for shower, mosquito nets, tea kettle, ac, and much more. We loved the location as it is off the beaten path tucked away so you dont hear all the loud noiseand traffic of the main road, but still a short walk distance to the main shops, and Mirissa Beach. They also offer 1 time a day tuk tuk service to the main road if we didnt feel like walking. Thushara was very accomodating and nice. The breakfast there was a good size portion and very tasty too. We had fun there visiting coconut tree hill, Secret Beach, Mirissa Beach, surfing at Wilegama and shopping. I would definately recomend this place for anyone who is looking to stay in a quieter peaceful place.

The villa is located in a calm & quit place.The garden is very clean & tidy.The caretaker Mr.Thushara is very friendly & supportive guy.The breakfast they served yummy ...Hope to visit there again & highly recommended.wonderful stay..Thank you..

The rooms and bath were very spacious and comfortable, clean and had TV, water kettle, tea/coffee, sugar, toiletries, clean towels etc. Rooms also had nice chairs outside to sit around although we spent only a night over. Caretaker staff was very courteous and helpful. They also arranged for the whale safari and the pick up in the morning was prompt to take us to the ferry point. Part of my family couldnt take up the safari but they got breakfast from the hotel and the stay was comfortable. Mirissa has very limited pure vegetarian options with only one Vegan restaurant - the Slow that qualifies - who obviously fleece you. The property is not near the beach and also the access is through a narrow road so access to eateries and visits to beach can be limited.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, thanks to the super friendly staff, spotless rooms, and great value for the price. The customer service was top-notch, especially with Sir Chamil's exceptional help – he's definitely made our stay worthwhile.

We stayed here in 2019 and 2020 when there were just two rooms in an enclosed private garden surrounded by palm trees and greenery. Chamil has now added three more bigger rooms and we stayed in one of these this time. Bright, clean, nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, tv, kettle,safe and large patio at both ends. Great bathroom with constant hot water and plenty of storage space. There is your own covered patio furnished with a table and chairs and two more comfortable chairs for relaxing. There is also a pull down shade to protect from sunshine if you need to. The garden has beautiful trees and plants around the perimeter which are lit up at night. It is a short walk down a lane filled with other guesthouses and local peoples houses to the road leading to the beach with restaurants, fruit stalls and bike hire etc. It is very quiet at night and monkeys can be seen swinging in the trees. We unfortunately had very unseasonal cloudy and rainy weather during our six nights in January which spoiled our holiday but at least we had a very comfortable place to sleep and relax in. Number one accommodation from the seven places we stayed in during our four weeks in Sri Lanka even though all the others were excellent too.

We had a lovely stay here. The room had an AC and a fan as well as a mosquito net. The bed was very comfortable too. Our host was fantastic and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was also delicious! I found the walk from the place to the main street quite relaxing and you pass by many of the locals' houses, all of whom were friendly and said hello to us. It's about a 10 minute walk to the main street.

Stayed for four night a very clean and quiet place to stay not far from the beach 10 minutes walk from the beach. The host Vipula Uncle, is a very nice man extremely helpful and friendly, offered us an amazing Sri Lankan coffee and tea. The room had an AC, which was great in the hot weather. Location was a bit hard to find on Google, but there was a signs once you get in the side road to guide you there.

Dans la chambre une porte fenêtre donne sur un mur aussi haut que la porte, aucune vue, de l’autre côté, la porte fenêtre donne sur la petite cour, on doit garder les rideaux tirés car aucune intimité et s’il fait mauvais pluie, comme aujourd’hui, la terrasse est symbolique, cet hôtel avait été réservé par mon tour opérateur, je lui ai fait part de ma déception, je ne peux pas croire que cet hôtel soit noté 5 sur votre site, à moins que les clients ne regardent que le prix.
