看過網上評論，最終還是訂了這家店。確實如此，衞生搞得還行，酒店的位置也比較安靜，去景區步行也可以。要詬病的是網絡極差，幾乎無法平穩上網，衹能發發訊息，也時常斷，衹能去大堂連結大堂的路由看長視頻。另外，花灑水極小，洗澡及不爽。至於景區是屬於那種來不來都後悔的那種。

為了去興凱湖玩訂的，以為這麼便宜是個小旅館，到了發現是以前的國賓館類型的，院子很大，停車很方便，衞生也過得去，就是設施比較老舊，畢竟二十多年了，後面就是湖，湖邊還有私人沙灘，離景區開過去就兩分鐘，入住的人比較少，服務員比客人還多，餐廳可以點餐，早餐20一位，挺滿意的！

我們住的房間牆壁破了，掉灰，不知道為什麼不能修補一下？訂的沒有早餐，問了早餐20塊錢/人，説稀飯、饅頭、雞蛋和小菜，晚上點了兩個菜很鹹；洗澡水太小；能停車的，院子很大，外環境不錯的，院子通往湖邊，看興凱湖看雲彩，晚上開窗能聽濤聲；看到人家帶着孩子去的。感覺總體性價比不高，偏貴的。

該酒店在興凱湖風景區內，距新開流景區僅幾百米，酒店後面就是興凱湖，可以散步遊玩。雖然酒店設施老舊一些，硬件條件稍差一點，但房間比較乾淨。酒店院內有外包的餐廳，可以預訂點餐，早餐20元一位，有雞蛋、饅頭、稀飯和4個小菜。

酒店是老牌國營企業，裝修簡單一些，衞生很好，食堂飯菜也挺可口的，服務員態度都很好，酒店有自己的沙灘，在大興凱湖邊上。

酒店雖然建齡較大 但是整體都不錯 有自己一段沙灘 看湖景很好 就是趕上大湖風大 建議攜帶抗風的朋友一起

老式的國賓館那樣子的招待所，被褥還算乾淨，但湖邊上確實太潮了，又剛下完暴雨，房間裏一股潮濕的味道。但好處就是第2天天晴後山上全都是小蘑菇，孩子們玩的挺高興。
