"The most horrible experience in Hungary ever. Hotel want to charge for uneatable food which has been returned. Staff don’t accept any complaints exhaling that another guests are happy. Manager even more sure customers have no rights to complain and have to pay if they did order. We have never ever experienced any kind of behavior like that."

Our modern and very stylish accommodation had a bedroom and a lounge with a huge comfy sofa, and we had our own kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well supplied. Lovely family owned business, the friendly staff keen to create a great experience. The best part was the cafeteria with exceptional coffees and homemade cakes. My child’s favourite was the raspberry hot chocolate. :) We will definitely be back!"
