Great, nice hotel, clean rooms,close to every thing We all like it. Price is good

Nice and very lady hotel with so many things to do and a very impressive restaurant, pool, pool slide and hot tub are available to use!

Beautiful hotel with friendly front desk staff. The rooms are big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and it has a balcony. The gym and pool are amazing . The only downside is paid parking.

Do not forget to pack some swimsuits like we did! The kids were so mesmerized by the slide. Also needed kettle for my baby's milk and they accommodated it. Grateful for the comfortable stay.🌹

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

Everything is we need to pay . The room doesnt have microwave u need to rent. Parking need to pay !

Although location  and cleanliness is good, but some amenities were lacking like microwave .

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.

Great Hotel. The pool was very clean and warm. Perfect for families with small kids. The small shop at the lobby has plenty groceries, but misses diapers Overall, great stay

Overall fantastic hotel with great gym and also a great breakfast buffet- highly recommend!
