Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport Reviews

The hotel's location right near Toronto Pearson Airport is super convenient, especially with their shuttle service running every hour on the dot to pick up and drop off guests. Parking is available in the underground garage for $35 a day. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Dirty water bottle with no water. No dental kit available at the hotel. Service was non-existent. No bellhops considering they really should have one if they’re in airport vicinity. Would not recommend at all!

Very nice service and clean and comfortable room. The parking was secured with a gate.

Overnight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant.  I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!

I was upset that the hotel credit card was malfunctioning and declined my cards several times. The manager had to punch my numbers in manually. I found it very upsetting.

Convenient and supplementary airport shuttle bus to and from airport so we can save cost and time.

It was difficult to find lights in the bedroom and it was also challenging to find a convenient place to charge my devices. This hotel is not up to international standards.

Overall, our stay was fine, but there were a couple of issues. The bedside cabinet was noticeably dirty, which affected the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, our room was located near a vending machine, and the noise from it was slightly disruptive.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for Toronto airport and offers free shuttles to and from the airport 24 hours a day. I only stayed a night, arriving late and leaving early, but the guy on reception was welcoming and check-in and the room had all of the required amenities for my stay. Would stay here again if I fly from Toronto Pearson airport.

Room 1145 air conditioner was extremely noisy.  Hard to sleep due to that and outside noise (hoons reving up at 1am).  Shower, bed and linens were good.  This hotel has a guest laundry on b2.  The restaurant service was terrible, brought soup and main meal at the same time.  Quality of the food was average.  Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late for airport pick up, 10 minutes late for drop off, it services the Hilton Airport hotel as well. The king room was quite large.
