Quality Inn & Suites 5585 Ambler Drive Mississauga Ontario

I called the shuttle at 2:05 AM multiple times before someone finally picked up. They told me it only departs on the hour (which was a lie, as I later found out you could book it anytime the next day). I called again at 3 AM, and they said 'I'm on my way, please wait.' I waited until 3:16 AM, and eventually, a Holiday Inn shuttle, which was there to pick up their own guests, kindly gave me a ride. Otherwise, who knows how much longer I would have been stuck there. The front desk staff in the evening was also terrible. When I asked a question, he just gave me a 'didn't I just say that?' attitude and was completely unhelpful. They claimed they had no control over the shuttle schedule. I definitely won't be returning. I've attached a picture of the ironing board I saw as soon as I walked into the room – you be the judge.

The hotel is excellent, with a great atmosphere. If you're in a hurry for breakfast, they even offer a grab-and-go option, which, though simple, is a thoughtful touch. The staff are all very kind. I'm very satisfied. This is a rare find for a good hotel, especially abroad.

Smelled very strong, and there was a lot of airplane noise. Being close to the airport is a plus though.
