I had a terrible experience renting from this landlord. • The property had serious issues: repeated mice infestations (twice in one year) • Mould, and very poor maintenance. • The maintenance team often entered the communal areas without any notice, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. • A cleaner was supposed to come monthly as part of the agreement, but for months no one ever showed up. • After I moved out, my deposit refund was unfairly reduced, and despite asking multiple times for an explanation, I never received a response. Overall, extremely poor service and a badly managed property. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting from this landlord.
