Smile Hotel Mito Reviews

I saw some reviews online saying the service was bad and the rooms were dirty, but that wasn't the case at all; they were very courteous. The only issue I had was with the central air conditioning. Even though I set it to 20 degrees, the room stayed at 28 degrees and wouldn't cool down.

This hotel was great! It's close to Mito Station, so access was good, and the price was reasonable. They also had an amenity bar where you could pick out what you needed, including makeup remover and toner.

The air conditioner seemed to be malfunctioning, so there was a fan in the room. It was hot, so I turned down the AC setting, but it didn't feel like the room cooled down to the set temperature.

If you don't mind the sound of the trains, we'd be happy to have you stay.

Great location, and the shampoo bar was a nice touch.

This is a stay for an overnight trip.

Bom hotel

Great, the location is very convenient.

There were cobwebs in the room and several small, unidentifiable insects came out of the bed, which I found quite unpleasant and unusual these days. Everything else was almost perfect, so it was a real shame.

I stayed at Smile Hotel Mito during my trip to Mito. Its excellent accessibility to the station made using public transportation very convenient, and with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, I experienced no inconvenience during my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant rest. Thanks to the friendly service from the staff, I had a pleasant time throughout my stay.

It's conveniently located near the station. However, the parking lot on the premises was very small and difficult to get in and out of.

The hotel is old and poorly soundproofed; I would not recommend booking it.

The accommodation was cheap and the facilities were nice and clean.
