This is a hotel that I would like to recommend to everyone as a hotel to stay while enjoying sightseeing in Sanriku with Mr. Wanko. I would definitely like to stay again this time in a warm time. Stayed for a night en route from Miyako to Morioka. Not very convenient unless you have a car, and there are practically no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a small shop at the lobby of the hotel that opens till night and sells snacks and instant noodles and drinks. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was free with our stay, and a normal western-japanese buffet. Not that huge of a variety, but was quite tasty with the necessary yogurt, bread, and japanese items like porridge, fish, egg. Room was big, and apparently all rooms have an ocean view. We woke up at 530am just to catch the sunrise, and it was definitely worth it. Service wise was very good, expected of Japanese standards, and particularly Tohoku level!

Convenient hotel located at JR ofunato line (BRT) ofunato station (bus stop) and 5 minutes walk (just ahead of the intersection). The vicinity of ofunato station (now bus stop) is damaged by the tsunami caused by the great earthquake, and the city itself is now revived, and all the surrounding hotels are newly built . There is no dinner service, but there are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and there are banks and grocery supermarkets to drop cash, and there is no problem with eating. Sanriku railway opened the entire line from Mori to ofunato City to Kamaishi kasamiya kojikuji, and it is the best hotel as a base for train travel.

釜石市街地にある一般的なビジネスホテルの一つです。他にもいくつかビジネスホテルがあり、それらと比較すると釜石駅からやや距離があるものの、それでも釜石駅から徒歩15分程度です。市街地のメイン通り沿いにあるため分かりやすいのも特徴的です。 各部屋の構成や広さ、清潔さの維持、スタッフの対応については標準的なビジネスホテルと同等です。但し、宿泊者に対し夜間の指定時間限定で無料で『釜石ラーメン』が振舞われるサービスがありますが、このサービスの利用は全くお勧めできません。このサービスを利用する宿泊者が多いだけでなく、そのサービスを担当する（調理・配膳の）スタッフが（見た限り）1～2人のみで、1階にあるレストランに入るのに待つだけでなく、着席しても配膳されるまでに30分以上かかることがあります。それならばホテル周辺のレストランや居酒屋を利用することをお勧めします。 It's one of the most typical business hotels in downtown Kamaishi. Traditional Huge Hotel block located at the top of small hill, easy access by car and bit remote for OK 30mins walk from nearest Sanriku Tetsudo Railway Horinai station ,which is a nice scenic railway. 80s style interior but very nice clean quite environment and in good condition, staffs are polite and helpful. Most rooms can directly see the ocean through the balcony, I enjoyed a stunning Pacific Ocean sunrise , the semi-outdoor osens have the same oceanic view too, wonderful. Meal can be provided , reasonable price and good quality, u have to pre-order food while you check in. I had a wonderful stay in the hotel .
