It was spacious and had a foot massage in the room, which was great! The bath had a homemade feel to it, which was refreshing. Bread was provided for free at breakfast, and the staff were so kind to welcome us and see us off (^^) I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Miyazaki!

We had an early flight the next day, so we stayed at this hotel since it was only a 15-minute drive to Miyazaki Airport! The room was spacious, and the bath, which was converted from a balcony, was spacious and comfortable, so we were very satisfied. The shower water pressure was also great! There was a toaster and bread in the room, as well as margarine and strawberry jam. Our kids were so happy that they got up early in the morning! This is a hotel we'd definitely like to use again when we come to Miyazaki.

There aren't many restaurants nearby, but it's only a five-minute drive to the city center, so it's not really a problem. As it's a guesthouse, it doesn't have the cleanliness or brand-new facilities of a hotel, but the rooms are spacious and it's perfectly fine for a stay while traveling.

Surprised that tap water wasn’t potable. Only one pitcher of drinking water provided, not enough for four people.

Friendly service. The host ladies were very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. It’s a local traditional inn so don’t expect hotel style amenities and rooms. Only complaint was the noise from neighboring room(s): you wouldn’t hear their conversations but their foot steps and door closing. Hope future visitors would learn to be quieter in such an older, traditional Japanese inn. But anyway the host ladies’ warm hospitality compensated for the annoyance.
