JJujuliabeiThis hotel's rooms are definitely a weakness, but the service and amenities are surprisingly good. No wonder the front desk mentioned at check-in that they've been ranked number one in Japan for customer satisfaction for the past few years. The canteen has everything you could want, and in the evenings, they offer a wide variety of drinks, including complimentary sake. Children can make their own shaved ice, and if they're hungry, they can enjoy chazuke (tea porridge) or curry and raw egg rice. The morning menu is also quite varied, and you can even make your own soba noodles. While the onsen is small, it's thoughtfully equipped with a spacious powder room for ladies, complete with skincare products, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener. We were initially a little disappointed with the small room, but these amenities instantly boosted our satisfaction. If you're passing through Miyazaki for a night, I highly recommend this hotel, and transportation is also very convenient. While it's located near izakayas and pubs, it's recommended to avoid children at night. The hotel itself is very safe.

GGuest UserAround 6:00 a.m., the doorbell rang, but it turned out to be the wrong number. Two hours later, I was woken up by an apology call from the lobby. Anyone with a bit of common sense wouldn't have called me so early. My weekend was ruined. Afterward, the lobby manager apologized several times, which was a bit of a gesture of sincerity. I hope this hotel doesn't make such stupid mistakes again!

The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and it is said that there is a Japanese restaurant that is very difficult to book (but it only serves adults, so I passed it this time). However, I went to another teppanyaki restaurant, where the service and food quality were both excellent.
The scenery is beautiful, the rooms are large, the hotel seems to have hundreds of rooms, and upstairs is a more upscale hotel in the same group.
There are many rooms and guests, which means that many people come to take a hot spring bath. However, the hot spring area of this hotel is quite large (the walking time is also quite long, so children should dress warmly in winter).
The location is good because it is close to Miyazaki Phoenix Zoo, but the zoo is relatively small and can be visited in about an hour. It may take a little longer to experience the childhood amusement rides.

ヤヤンイーランIt's about 10 minutes away from the city. The location is not great, but the hospitality is excellent and the hotel thinks about the details of its guests. The lounge area from the large public bath and the free drinks there are great, so you can relax and take your time. I think it's worth staying an night just for this hotel. I wish they could extend the bath time a little more in the morning.

CChubby Girl On Tour🛌 The room was perfectly suited for two people, even with two large pieces of luggage. A minor drawback was that the air conditioning felt a bit warm. 🌬️
🏨 The hotel’s location near the JR train station and the shopping area is just a 15-minute walk.
🚙 Parking is available in the basement for 1000 Yen per night. I’d recommend dropping off luggage at the entrance before parking for convenience.
👩🏻💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable.

NNurulhuda AzhariThe hotel is good for a quick one-night rest. The ventilation inside our toilet was dusty and so are the headboard and some areas of the room. The toilet door got stucked and we couldn't get in, but I'm guessing it's a common occurrence since the front desk immediately sent someone over to open it up again. There's also coin laundry in the adjacent building, but you have to bring your own laundry detergent.
I think the best part of the hotel is the warm, hospitable staff. The amenities could be better, but for one night, I can't complain much.

GGuest UserThe staff was very good, but the cleaning was not well done. There are various places full of dust, there is dirt that seems to take a bath, and it is very unsuitable to stay with someone.
I think it's good for you to just sleep on a solo trip.
There was only one trash can, which was inconvenient.
Close to downtown, the rice shop was not required to take a taxi because there were a lot of walks in about 6 〜 7 minutes.

RRomanTraditional Japanese styled room. The ups are: quiet, location, space, small zinc, shaving razors, fan, lamp, hot bathtub. Downs: the bathtub and toilet are public areas. However, it is winter: barely anyone was at the hotel. I enjoyed public privacy 😁
