I stayed at the HIRAMATSU Hotel in Sengokuhara, Atami, Kyoto, and Kenjima and had a great time at any hotel, but HIRAMATSU in Miyota Karuizawa is a flagship hotel. I felt even more wonderful in the food and facilities. The rooms such as Sengokuhara, Atami, and Kenjima have the same feelings as beds and bath locations, but the room in Miyota where I stayed this time was horizontally long, so the semi-open-air bath and bed ＆ living room are separated. It was very easy to use. Dinner was Italian and was a wine marigge, but Nagano vegetables were used in a lot, and the wine was also from Nagano wineries, which was very rich. In particular, the dishes of Shinshu shiitake mushrooms and Matsumoto one onion left an impression on me. The pigeon steak was so delicious that the concept of pigeon cuisine changed. The breakfast minestrone and white asparagus are dishes that feel the strength of vegetables, and I felt that both of them were the most delicious of the minestrone and white asparagus I have ever eaten. Hiramatsu in Miyoda also had French, and it was more crowded, so it became Italian, but it was a restaurant with a nice view on the 5th floor and it was vacant, so the sommelier Sengoku's polite and fun story I was able to spend a relaxing and elegant time while listening. I definitely want to visit again.
