Best Hotels in Mnihla, Tunisia

I stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and spacious (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrace. There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room. There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes. I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children. I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly. I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water. A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.

I have recently come back from staying a week at this hotel. Absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The service was great. We had booked large room to deliver training and they always went above and beyond during my stay. The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere. The staff speak little English, but always tried to help where ever they could and would always greet me when in passing. The food, well what can I say? It was amazing! The breakfast, lunch and evening meals were absolutely amazing and don't understand why some people have said it needs improving. Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate. Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary. The conference room that we had book did get a little warm even though the AC was on max, but that added to the experience. We always have fresh water bottles in the conference room in the morning and replenished in the afternoon. They reception staff were always friendly & help me on my check out when I could not locate my wallet (my fault as forgot where I had placed it). After such a great week, I was reluctant to come back to England. This overall was a great first visit to Tunisia and my overall experience of the country was enhanced by the lovely hotel staff and amazing food. If I had to give a CON it would be that the larger fish needed to be in a bigger tank. Thank you for a great experience and I wish you all the best. I chose this hotel because I saw the highest score among the four-star hotels in Ctrip. The overall Tunisian hotel score is not high, and this one is just fine. Not far from the city, not a bustling side, the hotel’s service is very good, very friendly to the Chinese, the breakfast is very good, and the date palms with twigs, the front desk recommended us to dine in the hotel’s restaurant, it turned out to be true The service is great and the service is in place. The facilities are a bit old, which is a disadvantage. If you come to Tunisia, I recommend this hotel.

The location is beautiful, super clean and well-served, the internet is not good. A serious problem we had was that the establishment offers you tourist transfers and to the airport, which operates you one of the gentlemen working on the site, at last we asked you to take us to the airport and send the child to make the Transfer, when we arrived, we charged 50% more than the recorded, we called the establishment and Lord refused to answer and finally we had to pay what they charged us, which seemed to us very unhappy, so be careful to this Lord.

Great hotels, is located in the best area in Tunisia, Lac DU, so safe, Clean rooms, great service, and the receptions is so helpful, they work 24 hours, specially Khoulod, always smile , she is the nicest person ever, i security, wonderful views, I strongly recommend it 👌🏼

I stayed at this hotel after my stay at the Carlton Hotel in Tunis was cancelled at the last minute. The hotel was reasonable quality, the rooms well appointed if slightly small. It was immaculately clean, and the reception staff were really helpful. My room had a small balcony overlooking the street the hotel is on, although there was no chair on the balcony. It did have a small stool in the room that was easy to carry on to the balcony. The dining room for breakfast was on the 4th floor, as was my room. Breakfast was not in a european style, but it was OK. The street the hotel is on is just off the main street, and was quiet. There was no function room to cause a disturbance. Generally a hotel to be recommended.

This centrally located hotel dates from 1914 and is Art Nouveau style. The rooms and bathrooms are smartly remodeled and pleasant. All have natural light and the windows are mostly soundproofed. It's quiet after sundown, regardless. Breakfast is Euro style and includes pastries, yogurt, hardboiled egg, cereal. The Medina and Avenue Habib Bourguiba are both approximately a 15 minute walk. A pleasant and distinctive place to stay in central Tunis.

This hotel is such a great find in Tunis! Not only if the location superb, literally at the entrance to the Medina where shops and food vendors are steps away, but it’s also such a pretty and unique hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the views overlooking the Medina square is great for people watching. Service is great as well! The staff is very helpful. Everything felt very safe as well. I highly recommend this unique stay while in Tunis!
