Right next to Arches National Park, the location is great. Perfect for a one-night stay and continuing on to Arches National Park the next day. It's probably a good value for money in Moab. It's about the same as a motel. The room is quite large and OK.

The location is great, with easy access to Sedona's attractions. There's a supermarket nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but there were a fair amount of human hairs on the sheets on both beds, which was a bit of a downside.

The room was OK, clean and tidy, the bathroom shower curtain smelled bad, and there was sand on the back balcony. It was quite convenient to eat around, in the downtown area, restaurants and supermarkets were nearby, and it was also close to the Arches National Park.
