I loved the hotel!!! The owner is very professional. From the first day of our stay, it was clear he's the kind of person who goes out of his way to help the staff so everything is top-notch and guests are comfortable. As I later discovered, he's Swiss. You'll love this hotel!!!

A very pleasant hotel with nice, clean rooms that stay cool. The air conditioning was turned off at night. The room was cleaned daily, and it smelled wonderfully of clean linens. Beautiful grounds, smoking allowed on the veranda, free short-distance shuttle service, and the option to book excursions. A parrot was also provided. Cons: sick dogs wandering around the grounds and pooping on the beautiful lawn. I was very dissatisfied with the organization of the excursion transfer. When we booked a canyoning trip with a private transfer, there was no driver waiting for us on the return trip. We had to call one and wait a very long time in the heat (people on a shared transfer had left much earlier). We were told the driver was taking other guests somewhere and we had to wait for him to take them and then come pick us up. We paid 5,000 pesos for the tour and private transfer for two (we could easily have found cheaper). The staff also asked if it was possible to add a neighbor from another room to ours (which was fine, we didn't mind). For that extra cost, they could have taken a more careful approach to transporting guests who were tired after canyoning. The tour itself and the guides were excellent.

A great place, really. Everything is thoughtfully designed, with unlimited drinking water, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, tea, and coffee. A minibar is available for an extra fee, along with toiletries. The room is clean, housekeeping is daily, and breakfast is always the same, but delicious. Fun birds liven up the grounds, though if you're a light sleeper, it can be noisy, with the birds in the morning and the neighbors at night. You can play tennis, foosball, or billiards. Masks and vests can be rented for 150 pesos. The location is great, everything is close by. I only have good impressions, I recommend it 👍

It's a good hotel, conveniently located, close to everything, yet quiet. There are, of course, insects in the room. And for some reason, the bathroom door has a vent, so the odors from there flow directly into the room.

Great location, the room has a cooler with hot and cold water, a sink, and tea and coffee making facilities. Very clean, beautiful grounds. The restaurant serves delicious food, with a varied menu.

Very good, just a few minutes walk from the beach, the hotel yard is beautiful, the room is very big!

The hotel is perfectly located. We were met at night and helped with check-in. The room had everything we needed: a large bed, hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a great trail to sit on in the evening, and plenty of space. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The staff was pleasant. The only serious drawback was the cockroaches and spiders in the room.
