Waterfront Home w/ Pool, RV Hookup, & River View

Review of property Overall it was a good stay, nice property..didn’t like the small oven or fridge (not enough space) but overall it was a good stay..

Perfect for our needs,

Great house, good location. The location was perfect! The house worked great for our families! We had plenty of room. Our group was 15 people (8 adults, 7 children), our stay was 5 days. There was a few issues during our stay: The main complaint was we had no control over heating/cooling. Our stay was mid July, the house temp was between 74°-77° with 60-80% humidity (according to thermostat) the thermostat was set between 70°- 74° was set at different temps throughout the day. I sent the host a message about the temperature and never received a response. The high humidity in the house made it uncomfortable at times, mainly evening and overnight. Second main complaint: there was no covering on the bathroom windows, one bathroom was visible from the road/driveway. Smaller complaints: there was no guidebook, no checkout process. The 3 bathrooms each had 1 roll of toilet paper, no extras. (We had to get our own, listing said toilet paper was provided) No extra per towels. No dishwasher detergent. No laundry detergent (not a huge deal, it wasn’t listed as provided in the listing) Had 1 extra trash bag in each trash can (kitchen trash can, 1trash can each bathroom). The dumpster at property was already full upon our arrival. There was a pool, it was very nice but no place to hang wet towels/swimsuits. There was some trash left on property from previous guest. *mosquitos are bad so bug spray is a must!!
