There is one lady at the front office that is super rude and inconsiderate and unprofessional. She only works in the morning a Hispanic woman.

The motel 6 has small and dirty rooms with poor customer service. Additionally, the area surrounding the motel is unsafe. It is recommended to avoid this location.

It was cheaper than anything els around down town. For the price it was nice. Coffee was complementary and it was good. It was cozy and the tv was in a good location. We slept good.

First of all, the building is in need of major upkeep. But the worst part was our non-smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke. There was no available parking when we arrived. Walls extemely thin, we woke up to another patront yelling about the service. The sheets were clean. I understand this building is in downtown. But the surrounding neighborhood was much better kept than this motel.

The staff did not give my security deposit back because they said the room smelled like smoke. And the staff ran her fingers through the window and said that their was ashes but didn't want to show me. What is stupid is I DON'T SMOKE CIGARETTES! I told my them that and they still didn't give me my deposit back.

Everything! Smelled and on and on just a bad run dowlike pot in the hallways loud music at 3am.
