This place is located just 5 mins away from Alturas. The house is on a 1.5 Acre lot surrounded by beautiful juniper trees.GUESTS:This place comfortably accommodates a group up to 7. Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests and we also have a couch that has a pull out queen size bed to accommodate the 7th guest. 🛌BEDROOMS:The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds with soft linens and plenty of space to spread out. Each bedroom has brand new plasma TVs.❄️AIR CONDITIONING:Brand new A/C in every bedroom and in the living room! Our A/C works well in the summer months to keep you cool.🔥HEATING:In the winter we use central heating and we also provide an infrared heater for each bedroom. The home stays quiet toasty! We are Not responsible if your vehicle gets stuck on your way to the house or you aren’t able to make it to the house because of your vehicle. NO Refund will be issued.
