新裝修有點味道，但是設施一流，絕對是漠河市內的Top 1。前台服務人員也nice。就是所有的樓層指引牌的大堂吧和母嬰室的英文錯了，大堂吧應該是Lobby Bar, 母嬰室應該是Nursing room. 為什麼整個酒店都沒有人發現。從Marketing Department到Engineering department，Room Devision 都應該要多注意訊息類的細節。

設施：設施還是挺齊全的，但是維護好像欠缺了一點，花灑真的是全面開花的灑，25年的新酒店有點遺憾。
衞生：衞生還是挺乾淨的，毛巾浴巾也比較舒服。
環境：停車方便，周邊吃飯的地方也挺多，大堂也算比較氣派。遇上人家婚禮現場，停車場比較亂。
服務：服務談不上熱情，一般的禮貌接待吧。

酒店房間寬敞，很乾凈。前台的2位服務人員熱情，服務周到。因為酒店是新裝修，服務人員給我們拿了凈化器去除味道。由於酒店最近停止供空調，中午房間的温度達約30度，非常悶熱，前台人員也積極為我們找電風扇降温，雖然稍有改善，但也很感謝前台服務人員們的辛苦付出。

自駕到漠河來旅遊，攜程五星級價格優惠，房間寬敞明亮環境特別好，新開業的在漠河應該是最好的酒店，全屋智能馬桶窗簾全部智能化，前台的服務特別好，定的普通間直接升級河景房豪華間，着試試看的心態來住店，結果超出我的想象，所以又續訂了一天，前台還送了小禮品冰箱貼，吃早飯是還覺得有點遺憾，沒有買到冰箱貼，太貼心了，已經推薦給了，親戚朋友，
