I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior specifically the receptionist.
We booked for an all inclusive stay and when we got there we were told that it was “well know hotel policy” that the all inclusive option doesn’t include alcohol if you booked for less than 3 nights… we checked other websites for the same hotel and the actually differentiate between all-in and all-in soft for less than three nights
Trip.com offered us “15€ compensation” as if it was enough 🤷🏻♀️
The beach was amazing and we decided to give it a chance and a third night, change to a cleaner room and get our all-in bracelets but after paying they told us that, as it was a “different booking” it still doesn’t apply to the “minimum 3 night rule” for alcohol 🤯
Food was okay, beach was amazing but the I still wouldn’t recommend it because of their behavior, how they talked to us, the lack of information and honesty and ofc the cleanliness

One of the best in European and Scandinavian class. El Mouradi cap mahdia is a super nice world class hotel. Service, staff, all-inclusive/super good food and drink, freedom and super relaxing and entertainment to everyone's liking. Very sad that the Swedes don't discover this wonderful quiet and nice hotel in every way. Thanks for a wonderful time

Cap elmouradi mahdia is a stunning place to be.The staff are always on top of things so you don't have to worry.The food was exquisite and fresh.The swimming pool was amazing and the bar staff were also good.This place deserve 5 stars and I can't forget the best entertainer my friend aymen he is great person all the best my friend

We enjoyed a few days at the resort. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the food delicious, and the staff very friendly. There's always something to do. The rooms were very clean. The pool area is a lovely place to relax. Everything was spotlessly clean. I recommend staying here for a few days to relax.

Our holiday this year was in this hotel. The hotel is very nice and some parts of hotel are realy lovely specialy the promenade to the poll, very lovely place to relax and sit at night time. The beach was excelent! The rooms are basic but clean and cosy. All the staff was realy nice and so plesant and they always did there best to make everything posibile for us. The barmens and girls at the reception bar and pool bar were very nice and very plesent. But the heart of the hotel Cap Mahdia is the ANIMATION TEAM!!! (Schibo, Kiki, Ayman, Chef, Hossem, Mimi, Khouloud and Soula 😊 )❤️ .They made our holiday very special and interesting. Every day is showtime, we learn a lot of new dance moves, we work out in pool, play voleyball, golf and so many things. Thank you for all the memories and i hope to see you all soon or next year. ❤️
