The room was OK, but there were some bugs and ants. I only gave a bad review for the room card. The air conditioner was out of power and could not work. It was very hot every day when I walked in from outside. The hotel is directly connected to the public beach, which is quite convenient. You can go to the beach at any time.

We spent here 2 wonderful weeks. Everything was at the highest level! Very nice people, helpful service, lots of attractions, very tasty food. The biggest thanks to the whole team of animators and especially to Said. He is incredible person! We miss already and want to come back here someday! Kenya is paradise!

I spend over 2 weeks in this beautiful place and really appreciate every minute I spend in there. Rooms were clean and spacious, the whole hotel looks very nice and has a great beachy tropical vibe. The food was AMAZING! Everyday something new, different cuisines from different cultures, a lot of to choose from so you won’t get bored. The most important for me was the whole crew of the hotel, starting from cleaning service, kitchen stuff, servers, pool guys, bartenders and all of the reception people everyone was very welcoming they made the vacation time soooo easy to enjoy, their hospitality and radiant smiles were very contagious! I can’t forget to talk about the ANIMATION TEAM! All the amazing work they were doing with all the activities (special place in my heart for water volleyball ❤️) they joyful faces everyday were brightening up the day, their hospitality, honesty and pure hearts will always made this vacation experience unforgettable. THE SHOWS they were preparing for the evening! AMAZING! Such a hard working people full of passion and gratitude. In general I can’t recommend enough! That was my first time spending holidays in Kenya and because of all the wonderful people I have met there and the experiences they gave me I can definitely say it’s not my last time. Really really great place to spend your vacation in! 200% book this place you won’t regret it

Very friendly staffs… my family enjoyed our vacation. The animation team are gems. Amazing food options .didnt like the idea that I could not carry my food to the rooms.. mums will definitely understand me when you have little poor feeders.

Booked my stay at the hotel to surprise my wife for her birthday.Wasn't sure how the experience would be since it was the first time travelling with our 6 months old baby but believe me we had the best time of our lives. From the ambience that meets you as enter the hotel to the hospitality given by the staff, you can't go wrong with your vacation or staycation. The hotel was kind enough to offer an extra bed for our young one,a feeding chair at dinner and tailor-made baby foods to keep our stay with our baby comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are travelling with a baby. The food was amazing with lots of food options to choose from. Notably for me was the Swahili breakfast, got to try lots of dishes I've wanted to try from Mombasa.It was also nice to have the GM on this day walk around to say hi and understand how our stay had been. The rooms were spacious, clean and had great views of the beach from the balcony.Ultimately I got what I was looking for and I'm that they helped make her birthday special.Infact I think they can make a birthday cake surpise for you if you requested.

Excellent stay The gym was awesome with great trainings , sauna and steam Their food is unmatched , very Devine and fresh always Our room was sparkling clean always 210,202,203&204 Their pools are cascading towards the ocean , always sky blue
