Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa, Mombasa Reviews

The highway outside the property is under construction so getting to and fro makes for bumpy rides. However, once you are in, the place is a stunning sanctuary of peace and quiet. We got upgraded to a larger sea facing room than we booked, and have a lifetime of memories from our stay.

Amazing views that I can't stop thinking about. I'd definitely come back here again. Every day was a happy one, and the service was great.

Mombasa North Coast Hotel, the best. The restaurant is superb.

Came for valentines weekend great spot and service! The food and pools were great and the bar had a good variety of specials drinks

On arrival I was met with a really nice welcome. The courtesy and service received was great. The room was very nice and clean and the AC was great it was nice an cool. The resort was just Fab, with various different entertainments to see and enjoy. The variety of food was also really nice. Room service attendants were great and were always polite and friendly. They were also great when it came to the daily cleaning of the room/bed and the bathroom too was also cleaned well, including clean towels all the time. I really liked the view of the sea from the hotel, it was amazing. The beach and pool areas at the resort were great, and nice areas to relax around! Don’t forget sun lotion as the weather was really hot during the stay. They also had massage facilities and it was nice too where they offer a variety of body massage options to suit your needs. The also have a shop with various gifts for tourists too. Great service and hospitality received during my stay. 😁 Will definitely consider this place on future travels to Kenya. The room, towels, bathrooms were uncleaned. Also, phone servuce  lines were not working. Bad experience

I had a wonderful stay at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa. The beautiful beachfront location, excellent facilities, delicious food, and comfortable rooms made for a truly relaxing experience. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort offers the perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment, making it ideal for families, couples, and groups alike. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mombasa and look forward to returning.

Whitesands offers a true 5 star experience. The service is exceptional, the food is delicious and everyone is friendly and kind. I loved evenings at the cocos bar. The All inclusive package should definitely include some drinks, even if only soft drinks. That is a big minus point, also the many conference attendees spoil the dining experience for hotel guests. They are loud, crowd the dining area and spoil the overall 5 star experience. They should be served food in a different restaurant from hotel guests. The pools are beautiful and relaxing and their airport transfers are truly exceptional. Be careful when paying for extras, I was on several occasions almost double charged but luckily I had all receipts and reviewed my bills carefully. Thank you so much to Cedella housekeeping, Given from reception, Melisa from the welcome team, and everyone who made my experience worth remembering. I’ll definitely be back.

Truly outstanding. It’s hard to praise this hotel too much, but simply everything has been thought of and the service is brilliant. The breakfast is out of this world, the swimming pools are great and the rooms are furnished to a 5 star standard. We planned to stay only one night and ending up extending our reservation.

The staff were absolutely friendly making you feel like you are the only guest in the premises,they were helpful and the buffet was simply amazing delicious and full of flavor and the diverse options was really nice,not forgetting the room it was specious and very clean i enjoyed the whole experience and i will definitely come back.

Great hotel in the beach. Lovely staff. Check in was an issue, we didn’t get the rooms past 5pm and the twin rooms we had booked were not available, were promised an extra bed in the rooms to make it a twin never happened.

Great renovated beach hotel with good service. Staff is well trained and very attentive. Definitely a good choice.
