The apartment was nice. It is equipped with most utilities you need to be comfortable. The food was amazing and quite affordable. Some of the Staff were friendly and gave helpful tips on how to navigate the city. The only criticism I have is that the furniture wasn't modern. We primarily wanted a beach holiday, so it wasn't ideal for us. Although there was a pool, it gave you no view of the beach. I would still recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable holiday in Mombasa.

When on a business trip I prefer an apartment over a hotel. This has the best of both worlds. A spacious apartment with a proper living room to spend the evenings and everything to make it your temporary home. On top of it they provide all hotel services: housekeeping, restaurant, pool. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful.

In Jacyjoka one can stay as comfortable as one wants. Studio, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, restaurant, roomservice, pool just go for it. Daily housekeeping, new bedsheets and towels are provided. Nightwatch is looking after your “ nights “.

My special thanks for the nice stay. Excellent service team who treated all of us nicely. No single complaint. Good ambience for family and not crowded. Excellent security response. Nice swimming pool and restaurant within the premises and good food with excellent room service on call. Would suggest upgrade on fridge to new one though the old one still worked (may just be my apartment as I didn't sample the others). Secondly, kindly have functioning keys for all indoor rooms though security was never an issue. Thirdly air conditioning and fans were nice in the bedrooms but would suggest you add air con in addition to the already installed fans in the living room. (This may also just have been my apartment). The above is just to give my honest 4 star review with customer feedback which I believe will be sorted. Looking forward to coming back. May you soar higher🙏

Koloniales Setting mit Balkon, großes Zimmer mit Küche, Nähe zum öffentlichen Strand, sehr schöner Pool, gesamtes Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück reichhaltig aber nicht abwechslungsreich, Möbel leider zum großen Teil veraltet und ersatzwürdig.
