I’m in the middle of an unforeseen circumstances that I’m getting divorced. However, hotel denied to do any refund even partial. And the hotel didn’t reply to my email. Bad guest relation service!!!

A new and modern beautiful hotel. Lots to do and some great food to eat.
Service needs to improve for a 5 star hotel but the management are very accommodating/addressing any issues raised.
The Bissou bar is a standout for me and my wife with unbelievable service by Olivier.

The hotel has a good location, but the service is poor. The hotel sent a preference registration form before check-in, but after filling it out, I found that nothing was given. I called the service hotline three times for cleaning. The room lock was broken on the last night of my stay, and their manager looked for it several times. I will not choose this hotel again.

We chose Lux for a week of island vacation. The hotel did not disappoint. A good beach with a walking area, there are always free sun loungers, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are no questions about the food either. I especially liked the lobby area.
