Ancient structure. The location is strategic, very close to the palace, quiet place and really quiet and comfortable room, clean and with a very elegant style. (equipped with a kettle but missing cups for tea. You can request parking inside the courtyard (for a fee, a bit high cost). The kittens around the building are very cute :) Some of the staff should be reviewed because they ruin the atmosphere as well as making the guest feel unwelcome. It is not very easy to interface with the staff, who divide the management of the residence and the restaurant. During the booking phase, on the phone, Mrs. Maria was friendly, and upon arrival we were greeted by Marco who was very kind (be careful, it is always better to ask for the check-in times because it is not a hotel, the presence of the staff is not guaranteed all day). English: We were a little disappointed by the welcome at the restaurant ("pass me the salt") which is part of the same management, because after having pointed out that we were staying at the Pera Bugiarda, we had to wait outside before they prepared the table for us, the staff was very cold and almost annoyed (we felt uncomfortable); luckily among them there was a waiter who instead turned out to be very attentive and friendly (we don't know his name but he told us he was only there for the evening service ... unfortunately ...) and the quality of the dishes was excellent. At breakfast, we expected a different service, the girl almost didn't take us into consideration, nothing was replaced on the buffet and even in this case it seemed like we were disturbing (in the meantime external customers came in for the cafeteria service and were looked after better than us), we were not asked if we wanted to drink a coffee or tea, we had to get up and ask at the counter, but the girl almost walked away so as not to pay attention to us. We have never had many demands and we are not demanding customers, we are also in the sector and we have always dealt with tourism and honestly it did not make a good impression on us overall. If we consider the prices, they are really high for the quality of the service. On booking a room for 3 adults appeared available, but the lady told us that a supplement was necessary for the third adult, (we are not sure, but it seemed to us that it was indicated at the time only to make us pay more.. at least, this was the impression. There is no special treatment for those who book directly rather than through the portal, and furthermore it would be nice to offer a better service for those who dine at their restaurant and are guests in their residence! Too bad, because it would be enough to pay more attention to some details, which seem of little importance but make the difference ;)

Il monolocale che ci è stato assegnato era arredato in modo piacevolmente “datato”, piacevolmente caldo e soprattutto con un affaccio piacevole sulla entrata principale della “Reggia”… La zona è molto tranquilla di notte permettendo pertanto un buon riposo ed una sveglia in un contesto piacevole… colazione di qualità...

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dall'ingresso della Reggia e con parcheggio privato (a pagamento) nella corte privata adiacente alle stanze: un eccellente servizio! Per il resto, prezzo adeguato alla qualità offerta con camera pulita, in ordine e silenziosa. Colazione adeguata.

La location, all’interno del borgo di Venaria e a due passi dalla bellissima Reggia, è strutturata in un contesto di corte che ospita sia le camere sia gli appartamenti. Nel nostro caso ci è stato assegnato un monolocale sito al primo piano che abbiamo trovato accogliete, pulito, dalle dimensioni generose e arredato con richiami perlopiù provenzali. Molto apprezzata la presenza del cucinotto che ha permesso di utilizzare la moka e il bollitore. Ampio e carino anche il bagno; bene i dispenser ricaricabili utili per ridurre l’impatto della plastica. Microclima e qualità del sonno ottimi e l’affaccio sulla Reggia una chicca. TV con ricezione digitale terrestre e wi-fi che durante il nostro soggiorno non è stato funzionante (poco male). Parcheggio a pagamento all’interno della corte con pochi posti auto a disposizione; per questo motivo, conviene richiederlo in fase di prenotazione. L’accesso alla zona ZTL è regolato direttamente dalla struttura con il comune. Ci sono poi alcuni accorgimenti che a nostro avviso potrebbero migliorare l’esperienza del cliente. In primis la colazione in termini sia di offerta sia di presentazione, poiché non abbiamo trovato richiami al territorio ma diversi prodotti di largo consumo. In secondo luogo, l'accoglienza che, sebbene garbata, nel nostro caso è stata molto sbrigativa ed è avvenuta direttamente nell'appartamento. Infine,potrebbe essere un'idea quella di mettere a disposizione piccolo set di cortesia anche solo con delle ciabattine e inserire il dispenser con il sapone liquido intimo.
