Monarque Club Rivage - VV

Monarque Club Rivage is great. Perfectly located. For example, restaurant is literally on the beach. As same as one of two big swimming pools. You will find many attractions and amenities in Club Rivage. The food is delicious and the selection is huge. Everyone will find something to suit their taste Monastir is great city to stay if you want to visit North Tunisia. It takes about 1,5 hour to get to Tunis, Cartagina or Sidi Boi Said. No more then 20 minutes to get to Susa. It takes 15 minutes to get to Airport from Hotel. Of course weather is always great and sea is pretty warm. Standard of the hotel Monarque Club Rivage is pretty well and the value for money is fantastic. But all of everything above is nothing acording to how lovely are the people working in this hotel. Thanks to them, my vacation was a dream and the time spent with them was really nice. I want to send special thanks to: Adnan - hotel manager - a very polite and involved man in the everyday life of the hotel, but who also finds time for pleasant conversations with guests Dhia - recepcionist - he can help with every problem in just few minutes with smile on his face even when language barriers appeared Marua - tattoo girl - The kindest and most beautiful girl I've ever met. Chatting with her is a real pleasure. Very, very talented. She can paint everything and her tattoos are masterpieces. The most precious flower of Tunisia. Bassem - bransolete guy - funny and nice man you want to chat with Ayu - lifeguard - Very helpful, kind, and guest-oriented. A good organizer, despite the language barrier. Yusri "Johny" - bartender - One of a kind, full of charisma. It's surprising how quickly he remembers guests' names. His smile is strikingly sincere. Hithem "Leo" - animator - A wonderful conversationalist, full of good advice on exploring Tunisia, and always smiling. It's no wonder his guests love him. Hamdi, Bechir, Mohamed and other guys from hotel shop - my new real friends - It's not just a hotel gift shop; it's the true heart of the hotel community, a place for conversation, jokes, and good advice. They have a very wide selection of products. If they don't have something, they'll get it the next day. Despite the lack of luxury, they have working air conditioning, are clean, and have comfortable beds. Atractions nearby I wouldn't lie if I said it was just around the corner. We chose this hotel because friends recommended it, and we don't regret it. The beach is beautiful, clean, and the pools are suitable for all ages and interests. The rooms are cozy and clean. The food is plentiful and delicious. Drinks and cocktails are available from morning until night, overseen by the delightful head bartender, Alaya, who creates little works of art , making it hard to decide whether to drink or admire. The service at the bars, restaurants, and reception is top-notch. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I went as a solo female traveller at the end of September. The staff are all lovely, bartenders, waiters, reception staff and entertainment team are all very welcoming and cannot do enough for you, I did tip them but this was not needed The hotel is mainly aimed towards French people, if you want more English you need a completely different hotel. The entertainment is also directed towards French people. The entertainment staff doing the kids disco did not seem very interested in dancing but that’s just what I thought The food is not labelled, unsure whether it’s me but this is the first hotel I’ve been to with no labels on food. The food is okay, some days were better than others and you just need to try everything that’s there. There was always pizza and pasta if you ever struggled. The omelettes in a morning I absolutely loved also. I was in a bungalow, I liked where I was that it was secluded and my room was very large! There was a fridge and a safe that was free in there too! The rooms probably are dated but you don’t spend much time in there. I have heard about people complaining that it was an awful hotel etc but for the price you pay I don’t think it’s too bad!

I am very excited, I can't fault anything, I have never met such a pleasant staff as here, very pleasant at the bar and the swimmer Ayoub was very nice and takes his job very responsibly, completely satisfied

We are having a wonderful stay at Club Rivage Hotel in Monastir. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, the staff are friendly and helpful, and we are really enjoying our holiday here. A very special shout-out to the entertainers Bob and Enzo! They are absolutely fantastic — full of energy, funny, friendly, and always creating a great atmosphere. They really know how to get guests involved and make the holiday more enjoyable, both during the daytime activities and the evening entertainment. The entertainment team is one of the highlights of our stay, and Bob and Enzo especially deserve recognition for the effort and positive energy they bring every day. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Club Rivage Hotel in Monastir!

An older 3-star hotel with a few quirks. The accommodation is clean, though there are issues like air conditioning dripping into the room and terrace doors that are hard to open. The food is good, but the experience is marred by a frequent lack of plates, cutlery, and glasses, as well as long queues. However, the hotel makes up for this with its staff—whether at the bar, in the dining area, or the Coralia animation team—who are generally incredibly warm, friendly, and communicative. It is a very pleasant stay for children, with the pool and the sea (featuring a gradual entry) just a few steps away. Creating a non-smoking area—perhaps near the children's pool sunbeds—would be an improvement, as smokers really detract from the experience when traveling with kids. I could certainly imagine returning to this hotel, as we were generally satisfied overall. A big thank you to the entire staff for creating such a friendly atmosphere.
