One Resort Jockey

I would visit the hotel again as it is really lovely, I dont really have any complaints only the food but apart from that it is amazing to the point I have really enjoyed myself. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is really enjoyable, there are so many activities on throughout the day such as darts, yoga, French boules, volley ball and many more for everyone to enjoy. The entertainment team go above and beyond always has a smile on their faces and if they are tired you couldn't even tell as they have so much energy. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable cant fault it cleaners always on the go to ensure the hotel is up to standards. I like the fact that the manager of the hotel makes sure that the kids have an evening for themselves so they can enjoy it aswell. The bar staff are so attentive making sure the guests are comfortable and having a laugh with them and making sure u got a drink at all times. There is an express bar that is open 24/7 which is located near the restaurant outside.

A very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly, funny entertainers. The coolest were Willy, Lorenzo, Mars, and Usama. They made sure the trip wasn't boring. I'd also like to mention the bartenders. Some weren't our cup of tea (they refused to serve us drinks and blamed us for not having cups), but there were also some nice and funny ones, like Mohamed, who had his birthday during the trip. The food was sometimes good, sometimes not so good, but at least there was variety. Overall, I recommend it.

I stayed a whole week at the hotel, and everything was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent, all the staff were friendly and smiling, and the food was delicious. Thank you! The bar: Excellent service, thank you all, especially Aziz. The water slide lifeguard team, thank you for your work. Ensuring the safety of children is not easy, especially with temperatures reaching 45°C daily. Thank you, but the downside is the head lifeguard. He never smiles and yells at his team every day. He even got angry at me when one of them spoke to me. His disrespect and rudeness are the two biggest problems at the hotel, and because of him, I canceled my next reservation.

We had a fantastic week here at the end of May. Pristine room and surroundings. The bellboy was so courteous when we arrived and throughout our stay. Wonderful, friendly staff.The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Excellent service from Aziz at the pool bar. He absolutely made our holiday. Lovely pasta dishes there too. No issues with sunbeds and we sat more or less in the same spot everyday. I travelled with my 11 year old and 19 year old. Both thoroughly enjoyed, especially the slides. Aqua aerobics in the sea next to an impromptu mojito bar was amazing! The sea was clean and beach so picturesque. Bought excursions from Jamil at the hotel which were hilarious ( camels and quads) and made our holiday. Food was delicious especially the Tunisian options; fussy child found plenty of choice at express bar. Close proximity to Monastir by taxi which was well worth the visit. This was our first visit to Skanes having previously holidayed in Hammamet. Now have difficulty deciding which area to return to first. Safe to say, will be returning to this hotel next May, it was lovely.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The food was excellent throughout our visits, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The new animation team is fantastic—they’re friendly, energetic, and work so hard to keep everyone entertained. A special mention to the animation manager, who puts so much effort into making every guest feel included and making sure everyone has a great time. A huge shout-out to the DJ, who really made our holiday extra special. He’s so friendly, always smiling, and creates an incredible atmosphere every day. His music selection is spot on, with something for everyone, and he always knows how to get people dancing and enjoying themselves. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his energy is infectious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we visited in June, came back again in July, and we’re returning once more in August. That says it all! We can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bartenders always have a smile. The restaurant staff are always helpful and their work is top-notch. Travel from Poland by plane to Monastir. Standard transfer arranged by a travel agency. The area around the hotel is beautiful, with a garden and a wonderful palm forest. A very positive experience. The friendly reception staff took care of our check-in at night and provided us with food at the pool bar. Delicious pizza and drinks. Everytyhig was perfect . Taxis are available in the area. Large room divided into two zones. Clean and fresh. Daily cleaning and towel change. Two large terraces. Great location, 5 minutes to the airport. Hotel attractions and entertainment are available, although there are a few caveats. The hotel is worth recommending, although the daytime entertainment leaves much to be desired. The assistant to the entertainment director is particularly unpleasant. She doesn't smile at guests and makes it clear she doesn't enjoy her job. She's unpleasant. Her voice through the microphone irritates all the guests. The hotel is divided into two sections: one for children, which is noticeably noisier due to the slides, and one closer to the sea, where you can relax and avoid the children. Entertainment ends at 11:00 PM, so it's quiet after that time. The hotel is close to the airport but you can't hear anything. Certainly snacks during the day, hamburgers, fries, ice cream for children, it increased the attractiveness. Nice atmosphere the lobby , Halleya and breakfast . Great holiday I will definitely come back to this hotel. The furniture , bed or overall comfort. The hotel's cleanliness stands out among others in Tunisia. It's really clean. High level of comfort during your stay.

Second time here. Really enjoyed my stay with my family. The staff and entertainment team were magnificent with exemplary manners. We particularly enjoyed the waterpolo, football, darts and midday games. The waterslides are also immense fun. The bar manager Sabre looked after us immensely and is testament as to why we decided to return in july, having been here in may. Mars from the animation team was particularly friendly and intellectual young man who is a credit to his job. Food is good with options including pizza, pasta, chicken, italian and tunisian nights. I also recommend booking into the blue and blue a la cart or sofra lounge.

I had a wonderful stay at One Resort Jockey. Everything was excellent, from the facilities and cleanliness to the food and service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing. They brought great energy every day, organized fun activities, and made sure guests were always entertained. Their enthusiasm, friendliness, and hard work really made the holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend One Resort Jockey to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We're only on our second day at One Resort Jockey, and we're already having an incredible time! The entertainment team is absolutely amazing, who bring so much energy and fun to every activity. They make everyone feel welcome and keep the atmosphere lively all day long. The food has been delicious with plenty of choice, and the whole resort has exceeded our expectations so far. If the rest of the holiday is anything like the first two days, it's going to be unforgettable! A big thank you to entire team for making our stay so enjoyable already.
