What can I say about Sahara beach!! My family and I went here for 10days in August, second year going here. This hotel is one in a million, the staff upon arrival are amazing, so helpful and super organised. The hotel is so clean including the main toilets in the reception and beach areas. Always being maintained throughout the day. Pools are lovely, the pool bars are again lovely and the staff are amazing. The animation team are the best bunch of people, always friendly, interacting and making the day time entertainment full of fun. The food is amazing, and the staff in the restaurant make each meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. My mum took ill when we were there, to no fault of the hotel, underlying condition that decided to rear its face while away. To say the staff were amazing is an understatement. They were phenomenal, medical assistant was immediately available, a car available to get my mum to the hospital, staff came with us to translate and aid us in every possible way! Sana the guest relations supervisor was one in a million, aiding us in every way possible. Thankfully mum was discharged after two days, Sana had organised flowers for the room from the hotel management, and any food that my mum required to aid recovery the hotel was happy to prepare. Above and beyond and more!! Made us feel safe, secure and in great hands. My family and I intend on returning next year, and for many more years to come. This hotel makes you feel like part of a family. Would highly recommended Sahara beach everyone! Deserves to be a five star resort
