The view of the hotel is acceptable, but the service needs improvement in many aspects. The rental of the swimming pool needs to be rented separately, which is particularly inconvenient. It is not convenient to eat nearby. The hotel's own buffet has various requirements. Customers are given hand straps of different colors. The plastic buckles cannot be taken off. It is very inconvenient to wear them all the time. However, Only willing to provide it once is not humane enough. The hotel facilities are relatively old and the price/performance ratio is average

Thank you to all the staff of Royal Thalassa Monastir - all of them are very nice, kind, responsive people, ready to help always and with a smile. Thanks to the reception staff for the wonderful welcome and accommodation in apartment 428. The view is unique!!! Thank you to the girls, who clean our rooms every day, to the guys in the restaurant and bars, who work tirelessly to make the guests feel good. Many thanks to the people in the kitchen for their efforts to offer delicious food. There is always something to choose from, even if you don't like everything - you won't go hungry. Before I made the reservation, I read a lot of reviews - some positive, some quite negative. I can say that I have not for a moment regretted choosing this hotel. I received wonderful treatment from everyone and enjoyed my vacation. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday here and with the help of the staff we organized a surprise for him. I have been in many hotels in different countries - both in very expensive chains and in cheaper ones as well. At Royal Thalassa, I was impressed by the attitude towards the guests, and that is really the most important thing. Definitely recommend and would happily come back P.S. We spent 7 nights All Inclusive holiday from 14th to 21st July 2024, 4 adults and a 2 years old child.

Some of the previous reviews had us wary but all I can advise is to go with an open mind . We were greeted by welcoming staff at reception and bags were delivered to the room . The staff in this hotel were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you from the pool staff to the guy in the shop ! We used the spa facilities which were good . The room , yes dated , was kept impeccably clean and the girls in room service were friendly leaving fresh towels and water every morning . The pool area is cleaned daily , and yes on barman on at the pool bar but there is table service to the sunbeds . The buffet can be hit and miss as with many all inclusive hotels however we always managed to get something to eat . We did book the restaurant through reception however they couldn’t find our reservation , this was the one main let down as there was only 7 people dining . We ventured into the marina and had a fab meal in The Captains restaurant . All in all we had a fab week with plenty of sunshine - it’s most definitely the sun worshippers paradise ! Would we return , yes I can say we probably would !!

Hotel room basic ,cleaner no good no kettle in room main pool no handrail for disabled pool aqua gym pool no steps for older people ,no cash machine no drawers in bedroom for underwear animation team excellant madi,mo mo and susuki excellent team always making me laugh looking after me and keeping my holiday memories good thankyou to chief entertainment brilliant madi ,momo and susuki

Honestly, the hotel is worth the money we spent on an easy jet holiday with all-inclusive. The staff is welcoming and makes our holiday enjoyable. Note - *We were given two single beds as a couple instead of a double bed. *The gym has a fee for use, but it's not a five-star facility. It's somewhat disappointing.
