Hilton Garden Inn Moncton Downtown ★★★
"I was very impressed with the front desk service at Hilton Garden Inn Moncton. Our son have a French test in Moncton, as the hotel is close to the test centre, we chose to stay here. We arrived around 5:30pm last evening after driving on icy roads all afternoon. Gordon at the front desk welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly and professionally. Our room was very clean and more spacious than expected. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Mook10 Taproom. It is not a buffet, we ordered from the breakfast menu, and it comes with coffee or juice of your choice. The portions were generous and the food is super tasty. Parking is underground, which was a huge plus in winter. It costs $15. When we checked out this morning, the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly. After learning that we had a long drive ahead, she even offered us free coffee to go, which was a very thoughtful touch. The only downside I would say is that the hotel does not seem very soundproof. We were on the second floor facing the street and could hear cars passing by."

"No sleep for 2 nights. Noise and vibrations coming from washroom roof that would shake the washroom and door and entry door. First night I thought it was highway noise. Second night I figured out noise and vibrations from washroom roof. Made front desk aware that someone should check room."
Fairfield Inn & Suites Moncton
"Room was clean and spacious. Location-wise there is nothing within walking distance. You must drive out for food or essentials. Our stay was for 2 nights and they didn’t clean the room or provide clean towels after the first night. Would I recommend this hotel to others?….if you don’t mind the inconveniences, sure."
