Top stay
Huge suite. Amazing breakfast at the sister property. Incredible views from the balcony Walkable (!) to wineries. Andrea is an excellent host at the Panoramic Suites. The small pool was great to wallow in (even if it is quite shallow and there are very few loungers). An excellent base for exploring the Lange.

Beautiful view over the Langhe hills. Breakfast was very good but it is located at another property, 5 minutes walk (but quite steep uphill on the way back)

Ho soggiornato con amici in questa struttura d'epoca che ha spazi comuni belli e con una bella vista ma le camere una delusione totale. Arriviamo nel tardo pomeriggio. Temperatura esterna di circa zero gradi. Veniamo accompagnati nelle camere che avevano il riscaldamento spento e quindi temperatura glaciale. Il letto era stato preparato semplicemente con lenzuola ed una leggera copertina. Cerchiamo negli armadi e vediamo dei piumoni messi dentro alla rinfusa e ovviamente non lavati. Passiamo alla zona bagno...la doccia non scaricava bene per cui si creava ristagno sul pianale. Il tasto dei sanitari si bloccava e ci viene detto di dare una botta che tutto si sarebbe sistemato. In una delle camere una finestrella zona soggiorno aveva la serratura rotta per cui sempre aperta e con il freddo che entrava a tutte le ore .Parliamo di camere di quasi 300 eur al giorno. E' stata una delusione e per la mia esperienza negativa non consiglierei la struttura.

“Un palais sans service” Nous sommes arrivés et avons été accueilli après 4 heures de routes par une dame qui nous a montré notre chambre. Il faisait 15 degré dans la chambre…..un vrai palais au moyen âge…… sauf que nous payions 287 euros! Nous lui avons demandé si nous pouvions prendre quelque chose à boire sur la terrasse car il faisait beau et la vue est superbe( au moins un point positif). La réponse fut “ nous n’avons pas de service ici il faut aller à la Villa Felicin” Merveilleux aucun service, vous portez vos valises etc. La salle de bain minuscule et mal agencée et vous vous sentez dans un motel et non un palazzo. Dommage car l’endroit a une situation exceptionnelle

Das war der schönste Urlaubsaufenthalt überhaupt: Die Zimmer schön und geräumig, der Blick einmalig, der Service hervorragend und die Angestellten auch auf ungewöhnliche Wünsche eingehend, das Frühstück umfangreich und vielseitig. Wir kommen wieder.

Nok et godt opphold.
Vårt andre opphold på to år, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Monforte d’Alba er utrolig trivelig, med mange gode restauranter, og et godt utgangspunkt for vinsmaking.
Personalet er veldig behjelpelige og hyggelige.
Frokosten er god, og hotellet har en topp restaurant.
