Breakfast and food quality have also been excellent. The only small point is that the dinner was really good and well prepared, but I would like some bit more, and that is a detail that, in my opinion, could make the experience even better."

The food was amazing, buffet was plentiful and dinner was an exceptional price for 4 courses including local wines and ingredients. I wished I could stay longer. Spa and pool also not to be missed."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. Mrs. Herta is a very sweet and always available woman, her sons Stefano and Michele are always attentive to the guests' needs, and her husband Giorgio, the restaurant chef, prepares excellent dishes and serves them with great care. All the staff, both in the dining room and in the housekeeping, are impeccable. The hotel enjoys a beautiful view, and the station is very close, making it very convenient for visiting nearby towns. If we had a wonderful holiday, it is above all thanks to this wonderful family who welcomed us so warmly. I recommend it to everyone, and as far as we are concerned, it will be one of our favorite places. See you soon. Claudia and Marco"

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. In general, the hotel (family-led) is managed excellently: - the reception staff is nice, available and try to meet all the demands; - the spa is comfortable and provided; - the room is spacious and in order. The only point is on the management of breakfast/ dinner room: very nice staff, but unclear in explaining any additional costs (e.g. water in carpets/flacons and/or additional breakfast requests). For the rest, a pleasant stay and in a nervous area of Val Pusteria. I recommend to everyone!"

A special mention to Liv and Abid, who were simply brilliant throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which was a real highlight for us and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, the breakfast was great, and while dinner follows a set menu, it was more than satisfying. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!"
