"This hotel is a little off the beaten track but a stones throw from the lake. It’s so quiet and peaceful. The gardens are kept beautifully with roses everywhere and so many birds around. And the lovely smell of jasmine in the air. Stunning. The hotel service was incredible. The staff literally cannot do enough for you here. They helped with boat times, and recommended places to visit. There are also a dozen or so beach bars and restaurants just a short walk away. These again were amazing. And a short walk up the hill to some more amazing restaurants in the square. The hotel room itself was a little dated furniture wise, but the huge terrace was a real treat. The shower was excellent. And for those needing a hairdryer, the one in the bathroom was as good as mine at home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, then this is the place. Loved our trip here so much. Thank you to all the lovely staff especially Grazia and the lovely man who made our coffee and cantucci in the evenings. The two guys doing breakfast and the lovely blonde haired lady on reception. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"This hotel is nothing like a 4-star hotel except for the very attentive staff. Comfortable bedding but a bare minimum of storage, small bathroom and microscopic shower. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful but not of the quality ☹️. A "guesthouse" type restaurant unworthy of a 4-star hotel. The restaurant counter serves as a bar. The swimming pool is pleasant despite the immediate and noisy proximity of the neighboring campsite. The kiosk where you can have lunch only serves salads or toast without flavor. I agree with the previous comments under the heading "disappointment""

"Excellent location, excellent level of service, clean and cosy place to stay. Personnel and the owner were really friendly. Breakfast was good and enough, lots of choices you can make to match your own tastes. Really happy to recommend. Also the Garda lake and other places like Salo are very close. "Bad service where the staff promises a lot that they can't keep. The tennis court is unusable (out of order) and so is the mini golf course. They promise full internet over the entire square. It ONLY works in the common areas - not in the cabin. The one water slide was out of service all week. Overall really disappointed ovwr the place."

"Fantastic quiet b&b with easy parking. Less than 10 minutes walk to waterfront and less than 5 minutes to the centre where can find some really nice eateries. Rooms are spacious and clean, and have 24/7 access to a full kitchen. Breakfasts are plentiful and have a great choice. Also lovely garden area to sit in and relax. Hosts are very helpful, sharing info in advance of stay and booking taxis etc. Highly recommend!"
