Boulevard Palace Hotel ★★★★
"Stayed twice this trip. So worn out from work. oBreakfast is cultural som had the chef prepare eggs my way . But the lunch and dinner menu was good. So enjoyed the spa and salon. Got a manicure and pedicure, very reasonable. Then the massage, oh my goodness! So wonderful and the cost neglible. Beds so-so place is aging. Security is top notch though, staff very helpful and friendly. They remember you."
Scarlett Apartments ★★★★
"I've stayed at the Scarlet Apartments 2 times before my last visit and I was very pleased with the hotel. This past visit was a nightmare. As soon as I entered my room a strong odor was detected. I spoke to the woman at the service desk and she connected an air filter and sprayed the room, but the smell never left and was constant the entire weekend. I asked to change rooms but was told nothing else was available. There was old food in the rug/carpet from previous guest. The bathroom had no electricity for the 1st night that I stayed there so I had to use the toilet and shower in the dark my first night. The electricity was repaired the next day after arrival. The door handle to the bedroom was broken and disconnected from the door, so merely opening and shutting the bedroom door was a challenge. And with all of these issues, the hotel staff acted like me pointing these things out was an inconvenience. The place has nose dived and quickly."
Mamba Point Hotel ★★★★
"Our relationship with Mamba Point began four years ago. A friend recommended the hotel and stated that we would not do wrong by stating at Mamba Point. They were right. Each visit was better than the last. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant etc were great. Rabih, the manager, worked with us to book from the USA and when we arrived it was as they stated. Services rendered were excellent. The restaurant food was excellent. I highly recommend that if you are in Monrovia do stay at Mamba Point."
Afrilodge ★★★
"In Monrovia, where hotel prices are generally high, this is a comfortable hotel with excellent value for money. It has a refrigerator and a kettle, and the amenities are well-equipped. The room is relatively new and has a nice balcony. The only downside is that it took more than 30 minutes from ordering breakfast until it was served."
Diana Hotel ★★★
The Cape Hotel ★★★★
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The drive from the airport is a bit long, but honestly, it's one of the most scenic and insightful rides you'll experience, you get a real feel for the city, its culture, and its energy before you even check in. And when you finally arrive, the hotel exceeds every expectation and is worth every penny spent. From the moment you step through the doors, the attention to detail is evident in every corner, immaculate rooms, spotless common areas, quality amenities, and a fully functional gym and pool that actually feel well-maintained and not like an afterthought. The beach view is absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful, near-silent environment makes it the perfect retreat for both relaxation and productivity. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The staff are warm, respectful, and genuinely kind-hearted, not just professionally courteous, but authentically welcoming. Service is prompt, thoughtful, and consistently top-notch from check-in to check-out. The food is delicious with great variety, and the overall atmosphere is so conducive you'll find yourself not wanting to leave. What surprised me most is how quickly it stopped feeling like a hotel and started feeling like home, a place where you're comfortable, at ease, and genuinely cared for. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is the kind of place that raises the bar for what hospitality should feel like, luxurious, yet deeply personal. This hotel delivers genuine value for every dollar, and I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend, this hotel deserves every star and more. 🌊✨"
Royal Grand Hotel ★★★★
"I travel often in Africa and after 8 years came back to the same hotel in Monrovia. Although it’s beginning to show its age, rooms are OK and clean, food is pretty good but most importantly staff is helpful and friendly."
Corina Hotel ★★★
"Our 13 member mission team recently stayed at the Corina hotel. From the initial communication with the management to the moment that we left after a 9 day stay, we experienced what I would consider to be world class service. Several members of our team were visiting Liberia for the first time and had fears about what to expect. The team has already voted to return to Corina on our next trip in April 2026! The service from the management, front desk, restaurant, security and room service was one that should be showcased and celebrated in this day and age. As an experienced world traveler, mission team leader and retired mid-level IT service executive, I have been fortunate to stay in many hotels and feel qualified to make this assessment. The location(central to all necessities), room conditions, security, service staff and amenities add up to a great value and option for small groups and mission teams like ours."
Sinkor Palace ★★★
"I was a bit hesitant to stay at Sinkor Palace given the low rating but I felt reassured after learning that the hotel had been recently renovated. I'm glad I decided to stay as I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice, cool and very clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was impressed that the management team spoke up to five different languages - English, French, Arabic, Swahili and Zulu. The food and coffee were really good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone."
