Toilet wasn’t working. Person who checked us in and said there was an issue but said he couldn’t explain it. Plain and simple it didn’t fill with water and would leak water when we tried to fill it. We had to pee in the shower! Speaking of, the hot water tap just sat on the bar and was missing the tile, making it a safety hazard.
There was mould on the ceiling, white powder in the drawers and the TV was sitting on top of a Bar Fridge which is SO unsafe!

Not amazing quality, pics outdated and overall not great quality

Great hotel.. friendly hotel staffs,  easy and fast check in and out... highly recommended 👍👍

I am Chinese. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The first time I feel it is acceptable. Now I feel worse and worse, but the location is better. The service can only be improved. There is no hot water in the bath, and the air conditioner is noisy. There is no spare pillow in the room, the sofa collapses, just the TV can meet the requirements. Such a room should not be offered to customers. I only stayed for one night so I didn't pursue other things. I won't stay at this hotel again.

I have now learnt to do more research when it comes to accomodation. This has to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever seen. An absolute health risk from start to finish. we booked two rooms for my mum, my toddler and myself. After being greeted by someone who honestly couldn’t care about customer service, wearing headphones and barely being able to speak English, we went to our rooms. One had no heater, the other had no tv remote. As I had my son with me obviously this wouldn’t do. So I went and complained. The guy at the desk said there was a heater in the room and showed me. It was BEHIND A CURTAIN and then when he turned it on RECOVERED IT WITH THE CURTAIN. A fire risk waiting to happen! He then couldn’t even find a remote to use for the tv. We then went to make a cuppa. Well of course there was NO MUGS. Honestly? Went and complained about that too. Had to go and find some. The shower wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. never again!
