I am Chinese. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The first time I feel it is acceptable. Now I feel worse and worse, but the location is better. The service can only be improved. There is no hot water in the bath, and the air conditioner is noisy. There is no spare pillow in the room, the sofa collapses, just the TV can meet the requirements. Such a room should not be offered to customers. I only stayed for one night so I didn't pursue other things. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Every time we stay, we will see that the room is clean, the sheets are white, and the beds are neatly made; the bathroom is bright and shiny, and towels and other supplies are placed in order; the kitchen stove and sink in the apartment are clean and dust-free, and the pots, pans, cups, plates, cutlery, knives, forks and spoons in the kitchen cabinets are all clean and dry, each in its place + everything is available, and the furnishings are very professional, giving guests a home-like feeling. After check-in, the hotel arranges mid-term cleaning every week. When Zhang Zhuo cleans mid-term, she always communicates with us in a friendly manner, is polite and thoughtful, and is very considerate. For example, when vacuuming, she pays great attention to vacuuming every corner, and does not let go of the small sand and stones on the balcony, and the fine dust on the window frame or door will not escape her eyes. Meticulous and striving for perfection, her professional attitude at work is admirable. My husband and I have stayed in your hotel many times. The longest time we stayed was four months. During this period, we spent Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day and Chinese New Year. The room was always clean and tidy, which was refreshing. Living in this hotel apartment really feels the level of a star hotel. From the end of last year to the beginning of this year, we stayed in the hotel for more than four months. Every morning, we saw her busy figure in the corridor. She often did not get off work until late at night, or worked overtime. After some guests checked in, they always bothered her whenever they encountered various troubles, no matter big or small, or replenished pots and pans, or replenished detergents, or forgot to bring the room key 🔑 out of the door, etc. You can often see her smiling and responding, willing to help, and helping guests solve difficulties. Once a water pipe on a certain floor suddenly burst, causing water leakage on the site, resulting in different degrees of impact on multiple apartments. Zhang Zhuo appeared on the scene as soon as possible, patiently explained and carefully comforted the guests, and quickly reported to General Manager Sam, who rushed to the scene in time to deal with it. It plays an important role in crisis public relations. Another time, there was a sudden power outage in the corridor of the floor where we lived. Zhang Zhuo treated the hotel apartment as her home, and her enthusiastic service spirit was touching. At the same time, the management level and service quality of the hotel apartment were comprehensively added points in the minds of guests, which deserves special praise. There was a piece of wrapping paper in a small corner, and the rest of the hygiene was OK. What was unpleasant was that someone called the fire department on the first day of stay. It was 12:30 in the middle of the night and it was 1 degree outside. Everyone had to go downstairs, and two fire trucks came. The firefighters looked around and found no problem. Everyone went back to sleep. After about 20 minutes, the fire truck 🚒 drove away and turned back, and everyone went downstairs again. Some people were really impatient. Apart from this, everything else was OK. The transportation to the station is about 8 minutes walk, and there is a restaurant opposite that serves Xiaolongbao and Xiaowonton.

We are very happy with a free upgrade for 5 nights due to personal circumstances. The place is very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. The only set back was a breakdown of internet and the handling of the matter was no very satisfactory. We ended up staying in the apartment without internet for 3 days. Overall we had a very wonderful stay and that make our trip worthy.
