The cleaning lady swiped her card to enter the room without knocking. The hotel kept making up stories and shirking responsibilities. In the end, they didn't admit it or solve the problem. It was just a waste of time.

Not bad but not great
The hotel is advertised as having laundry facilities but does not. The lift wasn’t working and the power went out twice in the night, waking us up.

Nice, clean and quiet facility. Dog accepted. Good breakfast and good ratio cost/quality of food. Perfect for a short stay
