Amazing hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities, which are free to use for guests any time between 9am and 8pm include sauna, swimming pool with massage fountain spouts, fitness room and steam room (currently not working). Breakfast had an incredible array of options. A few minutes walk from beach in a quite corner of town and 15mins walk from train station (from which was cancelled see flamingoes). A fraction of the price of similar hotels in Tavira.

Afternoon lady at desk was friendly and helpful. Location was very good, close to restaurants and beaches.
Less pleasant were the extremely uncomfortable beds, no coffee ( not even a Keurig for self service) in the rooms or lobby before 7:30. This is horrible for early departure . The night desk man was rude

Super gemütliches Appartement war im 4 Stock Südbalkon den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse.
Spa Bereich klein Sauna für 2 Personen maximal.Männer und Frauen getrennt.Hamam war leider geschlossen aber auch nur winzig.Gym besteht aus Rudermaschine, Laufband, Stepper und 2 Fahrrädern
Schwimmbad überdacht indoor aber relativ lang man kann Bahnen schwimmen ohne gleich nen Drehwurm zu kriegen. Lage ruhig 7 min zum Strand. Supermärkte, Restaurants alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
Frühstück ok könnte mehr abwechslungsreich sein.
Negativ fand ich nur das es keinen Spülschwamm, Spülmittel und Geschirrtuch gab und das housekeeping auch nicht den Abwasch macht.Auf Anfrage wurde mir gesagt das ich das selber Besorgen muss.
Finde ich bei 4 Sterne Hotel &Appartements mit Küche nicht angebracht.
Kann es trotzdem empfehlen.

The rooms have no spare plugs. You have to plug out the TV to charge a phone.

Very comfortable and friendly stay
We were welcomed with big friendly smiles by all the team at the hotel. Good sized room, comfortable beds, cleanliness impeccable everywhere.
