We had a team meeting in the Hotel and everything went according to plan. The one's responsible for the Hotel were tireless in ensuring all the conditions and comfort so that our meeting took place as intended.

One of the best hotels i've stayed for a while considering the price. Excellent staff, especially on the reception. The hotel was clean and the food was decent. The pool and the spa were enjoyable. The superior room was quite confy. Had no troubles whatsoever

Second stay here, last one 2 years ago and delighted to say still superb. Standards are high from the first contact with reception staff, special mention to Tania who could not have been more helpful and charming. The staff go out of their way to give you the best stay. The manager took time out to talk to us and her attitude to guests and her own staff shines. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you for everything. (Irish coffee)Evening meal and breakfast were excellent also. We will be back again. By the way she said yes😁

This hotel sits on the outskirts of Leiria, and it is easy to get on to the road from there. The reception staff is very friendly, especially the young man. So is the young waiter in the restaurant at night. The food is pretty good. The hotel is modern and clean. It offers a spa area, which I did not use. The bed is quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom is OK. Breakfast is very mediocre, and the coffee, unfortunately, terrible. Overall, ok.

Marquei estadia de 1 noite através da Odisseias, incluindo SPA para mim e o meu marido. Em relação ao SPA gostamos bastante do ambiente em tons escuros, um ponto bastante positivo para nós, bem como a música ambiente relaxante. A temperatura da piscina estava bastante boa, bem como a sauna e o banho turco. O duche sensorial não passava de água fria, ficou aquém das nossas expectativas. O chuveiro ao lado da sauna também deitavam agua fria e saí-a pouca água. Pequeno-almoço gostamos bastante, com boa variedade. O sumo de laranja é que podia ser natural, pois era laranja com joi. O quarto ficou aquém das nossas expectativas também, pois apesar de estar bastante limpo, o mobiliário era de fraca qualidade e a banheira de hidromassagem não compensa, um pouco fraco para hotel de 4 estrelas. Contudo, no geral foi uma boa experiência.

Estive em outubro de 2023, através de uma reserva via Booking. Dei uma boa classificação na altura porque realmente o quarto era óptimo, quer em termos de limpeza, como de espaço e de mobiliário. Em abril de 2024, fui através da Odisseias e a experiência foi má. O quarto era pequeníssimo em comparação com o anterior onde estive em outubro de 2023. Assim que abri a cama, deparei-me com um cabelo e uma macha de sangue no resguardo do colchão. Após reportar a situação, foi atribuído outro quarto, um pouco maior do que o primeiro, mas com uma qualidade bastante inferior ao de outubro de 2023. A cama já estava em condições, mas outras questões desagradáveis continuaram como torneira da banheira com manchas de calcário visíveis, mini bar com a porta danificada e barulho ensurdecedor, parede em pladur danificada, dispositivo de alarme de incêndio mal colocado, entre outras que se podem ver nas fotografias. Saí um dia mais cedo que o previsto (ia ficar 2 noites), informando a receção que tinha aparecido um imprevisto, tendo obtido uma resposta desagradável que "como também era através de voucher não havia problema quanto a prejuízo" (quando nem questionei sequer a possibilidade de reaver qualquer quantia). Não vou voltar.
