The place was nice in terms of money/value

Overall the room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel and the stay was great. Good location and breakfast. Room was clean and service was friendly. 

I would give all the stars possible especially for the receptionist. She was very kind, helpful and patient. The room was neat and very well maintained. We enjoyed the stay a lot

The reception staff were very good. The breakfast was good value. It's within walking distance from the train station, but don't return too late. If you're looking for accommodation that's more affordable than in Florence, I recommend this place. #TravelEatWorkRunAroundTheWorld

It's a five or six-minute walk from Montecatini Central Station, very close. The hotel facilities are very new, like they've just been renovated. Today, I discovered that when I tried to borrow an umbrella from the front desk, not only did they say they didn't have any, but the staff even replied, "I don't have an umbrella myself." Is this some kind of Italian humor?

The hotel is located in the center of Montecatini Terme. Very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfasts. The staff is very helpful.

The rooms are large, clean, and well-heated. The breakfast was delicious, with a selection of both sweet and savory options. The only downside was the reception staff, who weren't very welcoming or friendly.

The air conditioning failed, and they said there was nothing they could do. I went down to the reception desk to sleep. The night watchman offered me a room with working air conditioning. Sometimes you have to be incredibly imaginative.

Everything matches my expectations, excellent value for money. The door to the hallway has poor sound insulation.
