Overnight stay with breakfast and good value for money. Great location. Central but quiet at night (with the window closed). Bathroom recently renovated. Bed nice and hard, but not too hard. Staff friendly and very helpful. There are delicious slices of pizza opposite that you can eat comfortably in front of the hotel. All in all, highly recommended.

Smarthotel Bartolini is perfectly located, an easy walk to the World Heritage sight Montecatini Terme (spa and springs) and the funicular railway up to Montecatini Alto. Breathtaking views and historical interest. A smart, spotlessly clean hotel, nicely decorated with original artworks and fresh filtered water available on tap in the lobby. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Comfortable, airy rooms, bathroom with powerful shower and nice lighting. Delicious breakfast. Lots of choice, bakery, cold meats, English breakfast freshly cooked to order. An excellent base, centrally located for exploring further afield such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa. Good transportation links. Station is approx 10 minutes walk away. A lovely hotel in a convenient location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has very nice and clean rooms. You can find very helpful people at the reception and its a well thought-out concept, especially with the free water and the glass bottles without plastic. We can say, that you feel very comfortable there. We will come back. Thank you!

Very good hotel and staff. Excellent brefast. Good location. Very clean rooms. The owner is a very professional hotelier. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. There is a free large city parking nearby. The new toilets are very clean and have excellent plumbing.

This is an excellent hotel in Montecatini Terme. The rooms are very fine and clean. The staff is very friendly and every day they enjoy to serve you a complete breakfast. Also the owner is always willing to help you any way he can. There are lots of fine restaurants at walking distance at very fair prices. If you want to travel across Tuscany you can go by train. The station is at 10 minutes walking distance. We will surely return to this magnificent place.

My wife and I have stayed in Montecatini Terme on quite a few occasions, (about 15 we think), and stayed in various hotels. If/when we return we are always going to opt for SmARThotel Bartolini. Everything, from the welcome to the final check out, (and even after because we were allowed to wait until our train time because it was raining), was perfect. Breakfasts, made to order are perfect and nothing is too mush trouble. If bathrooms could fit into suitcases the hotel would now be one short! Beautiful!

What a wonderful surprise. An excellent motel which I can highly recommend. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Large spacious room cleaned to a very high standard. Central location close to train station, restaurants and shops. It was a perfect stay enabling us to explore the beautiful surrounds. We will return.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast. The staff were both friendly and helpful offering advice on what to see and what to do in Montecatini Terme. The hotel is a little gem and I would strongly recommend staying here to enjoy this marvellous spa town.
