An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

Property was close to the beach but the beach area was very limited in space and sand. The staff was friendly and accommodating, regrettably they were underpaid. The beach towel policy was very inconvenient and time consuming. The Chatham Restaurant was disappointing because the food quality was below average. Tv reception was horrible.

There was only cold water in our unit. The shower was only cokd water when ask yo fix the situation it took 2 days and the problem was still the same . We also gad low pressure from the shower and during my shiwer it ran out of water.

liked that it was close to the airport and easy access to the beach,
we were there over the weekend so it was mostly jamaican food, the food was good, some was so so but some of it was excellent, heard some people complain about the food (one group talked about how it had bones in it, well that is how real Jamaican food is)
the mini split in the room we were in did not work very well but overall it was a great stay and i would stay again.
